Your data is only used to facilitate the delivery of goods or services in our business as an art gallery, such as online purchases, or informing you about our events and exhibitions and keeping you up-to-date on our artists’ work via newsletters.  

Email newsletter: You may choose to register with our mailing list either through our website, by direct email, or in person at an exhibition, in order to receive newsletters from Magpie.  These are delivered periodically, directly to your inbox via a secure third-party email newsletter programme accessed by Magpie staff only.  You can unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time.  You may also update your personal data at any time.  

Contact forms: We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive.  

Third party payment companies: When you make a credit or debit card payment for a purchase from Magpie the company we use to process payments may send us your name and email details.

Magpie will never sell your personal data.

Magpie’s website is monitored by Squarespace and Google Analytics who gather non-personally identifying information about your device and your visit to our website, such as your general geographical location, IP address, browser type, referral source, duration of visit and number of visits.  This information helps us to better understand how visitors use our website and allows us to improve what we offer by tailoring it to our visitors’ needs.
